Owner Bio
In 1995 the owner of Accurate Concrete Moisture Testing, Michael Bivins, began working in the flooring industry and testing for concrete moisture for a large commercial flooring company in San Diego, CA. Primary project and customer base being military, medical, pharmaceutical, and educational facilities. In mid 1999, he joined the team of a local mid-sized general contractor, working in the field for a year, them moving to an estimator position. Primary projects consisted of educational facilities, churches, and military facilities (including design builds). Then in mid 2001 he returned to the flooring industry as Project Manager/Estimator for another large volume flooring contractor. Now, with over $30,000,000.00 in successfully managed flooring projects and thousands of moisture tests performed, Michael Bivins has decided to specialize in concrete moisture testing. We here at Accurate Concrete Moisture Testing are able to provide non-bias, third-party "Accurate" testing results for general contractors, flooring contractors, property managers, school districts, building owners and tenants.
